Booking terms
Reservations
A reservation is confirmed once payment or prepayment has been successfully processed through the booking system. After completing the booking, guests will receive a confirmation email with the reservation details.
Cancellation policy
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival time. If a reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours before arrival, the first night may be charged. In case of a no-show, the full booking amount may be charged.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through our booking system using Stripe. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards. The booking may require full or partial prepayment depending on the reservation conditions.
Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Costs for damages may be charged after departure if necessary.
Privacy
Guest information is collected only for the purpose of processing reservations and providing accommodation services.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties except when necessary for booking processing, payment services, or when required by law.

Guests must respect the property and neighbors.
The following are not allowed:

No illegal activities are allowed inside the apartment
•Guests must respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to avoid disturbance to neighbours.
• smoking inside the apartment is prohibited
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy specified for the apartment. Unauthorised additional guests are not permitted.
